Bed was very comfy , aircon and fan were very welcome after being out in the heat all day . Location was perfect , 100m from the centre of San casciano for restaurants and bars . Coffee machine made lovely drinks , small hob for making breakfast . Great shower in the recently refurbished bathroom . The exposed wooden beams in the ceiling . Really a great place to stay with a great host .

The most perfect place to stay in Florence! The owner is a very, very friendly person who gave us detailed instructions to explore Florence. The room was clean, beautiful, big and within walking distance of other attractions in Florence and the bus stop. I will be going back to Florence again and staying at this hotel. Everything! It's a beautiful place, with amazing views,the swimming pool is fantastic, the gardens just breathtaking! The room was very comfortable, with the private garden,very clean and neat,tv had even Netflix, ,the fridge fully packed with different drinks... the staff very kind and helpful! And the breakfast in the garden was just fantastic! Would definitely stay again there!!

If this apartment is within your price range, and it is a fantastic value for money - look no further. It is perfect. The location is excellent - a short walk from the central train station and ten minutes easy walk to the city centre. The apartment, one of three, is in a nice building with secure entrance. The apartment itself is just amazing. Very comfortable and functional with incredible design features. Functional kitchenette and separate meals area. And, an incredible owner and host, Silvia, who is very helpful, friendly and always available. When we come to Florence next, we will definitely stay here again.
