This room was very nice designed and equipped, extraordinary clean, goed location close to the sea in the quiet village with everything you need in walking distance. Tea and small refrigerator in the room, koffie and cooking stuff in the common kitchen. Very easy to warm up your meal and to eat outside on the terrase. But the moest extraordinary is the personal hospitality of Valentina and Giuseppe !!! Grateful to meet those very interesting, talented and warm people.

This place is divine. The family are amazingly welcoming and accommodating, so sweet and helpful. The place is immaculately clean. At first. when we arrived we thought the taxi driver had dumped us but this accomodation is one unit inside a set of flats on the 4th floor, there is a lift but we only found that out after our first trip up the stairs with bags lol Rooftop terrace is fabulous for sunset. Beautiful place, clean, super friendly, would stay again. Bar livorno round the corner does amazing sandwiches and coffee.

Beautiful room with beautiful view. Very lavish hotel right in front of Pisa tower. Clean room and very comfortable bed. Staff was supportive and allowed us to keep luggage at the hotel after checkout. There is no breakfast options at the property but there are many cafes just beside the hotel. Plenty of Restaurants nearby. Excellent Location.

I liked this place a lot: the position near Duomo and sea-walk is easy to get to by bus from the train station. The breakfast was generous and self-service around a big table where if you like you can talk to other guests. Erika works hard, and the place is very pleasant, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully decorated. She also listens. She and her husband were helpful in arranging taxi for me to get to Ferry terminal. Many kindnesses for a solo traveller. I hope to be back.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the place was spotless and well-maintained. The atmosphere was cozy, and everything was thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. Overall, I was very happy with the accommodation and would gladly stay here again!

Very clean, beautifully decorated, friendly host and close to the Tower, but still in a quiet area. Very good value, would stay here again.

We have a wonderful time staying with Marco and Vincenzo. We felt so welcomed and you could tell they really thought about their guests and their experience. The breakfast in the morning was delightful. They own an oasis within the Lucca province and we were honoured to stay with them☺️
