Great location, in the city center, with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The host was reachable and friendly and we felt she gave her best to accommodate us in a professional way. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had some water, a few bottles of soda and cookies, coffee and tea at our discretion, even one piece of chocolate for each one of us - we really appreciated this and we thank Monica for this kind of treatment. The room was beautiful, spacious, modern and cosy. And the walls in nice green color! Kitchen was shared and well equipped. Very comfortable bed and pillows. We had a room number 1 facing to the park but also to the street. A little noisy outside during the night. Easy check-in and check-out thanks to navigation from the owner. 1-2 mins walk to caffetteria for a nice breakfast. Bologna city center and everything is reachable in walking distance. Lidl supermarket is on the other side of the bridge. The communication with the owner was perfect. I can only recommend this place :-)
