The best place to have relaxing days. The property manager Arun was extremely kind and happy to provide whatever we needed. He also showed us the nature around, and did a 1h trekking to watch sunrise from the mountain. I loved the fresh watermelon juices, and drinking them in the pool. I would totally come back :D!!!

I had an incredible stay at this beautiful homestay nestled among the cardamom plantations in Munnar. The surroundings were absolutely stunning, and the location felt like a hidden gem far from the typical tourist spots. Abin, went above and beyond to helped me explore breathtaking places nearby, like serene waterfalls and scenic tea estates, which I had all to myself. The hospitality here was exceptional. Abin’s dad gave me a tour of their lush garden, where I got to taste fresh mangosteens right from the tree! His mom’s cooking was delicious and very reasonably priced, making each meal a memorable part of my stay. This homestay was the highlight of my Kerala trip, and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking to experience the beauty and warmth of Munnar in a peaceful setting

The WiFi was as good as the best anywhere in India - absolutely brilliant and so useful for me. The food was very good and the location is superb barely 400 metres from the Ticket Office to the Bird Sanctuary. The staff help to contact guides and transport to get to hides and other areas for Birding and generally Basil will help with anything you need. Absolutely brilliant place to stay for Birders.

We had such a fabulous time at Sceva’s Garden House, we’d recommend it to anyone. The room was massive, with an incredible view out into the jungle. You really feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere, which is very peaceful, beautiful and green. Benny was so communicative, and helped us to plan a really interesting few days in Munnar. He’s got so much incredible local knowledge, and nothing was too much hassle for him to sort for us. His family are so lovely and welcoming, and wow, the breakfasts were absolutely delicious - some of the best food we’ve had in kerala. Thank you for an incredible stay!

One of the most picturesque places we’ve visited in India. The perfect spot to fully recharge after a few weeks of travel. Room was comfortable, hosts were very helpful and breakfast and dinner were delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed staying away from the busy city where we could sit outside reading our books in the sunshine listening to the birds. Bliss!
