WE LOVED THIS COZY VERDUROUS FAMILY GUESTHOUSE CLOSE TO THE BEACH. for us everything was percect. a minute walking from the beach and the cafes. we were 2 friends and stayed in the room at the ground floor with a terrace looking to the nice lush garden. room was very comfortable and sufficient (1 double bed + 1 single), equipped with a small fridge, coffee machine a kettle and an electronic pot for greek coffee. the terrace was lovely and we had an adequate level of of privacy there. bathroom was clean and convenient, great shower with plenty of hot water. the hosting family were really nice and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. our beds were made everyday while we were out and we got fresh towels and tiolet paper. the son speaks good vey english and was very responsive to our inquiries for information and recommendations regarding the area. overall, a great humble and homey place to chill out in the middle of Kala Nera, with everything else you might need just a minute or two walk away. The studio is situated in a very quiet place with a very big garden. The apartments are very clean. You can also park your car in the garden. The wifi was working pretty well. Very kind stuff !

It is just acrosss the street over the beach and it can offer all meals during the day on their own restaurant or on the beach. The rooms are medium size but just enough and are equipped with a kitchenette too. The staff very friendly. Cleaning and wifi included. Also AC. They have private parking and a small private yard.
