The host makes your stay unforgettable. Maria is very helpful and kind. The garden is beautiful and the small swimming pool is a welcome feature. The food is great, we had a Cuban menu which was delicious. L’hacienda de Maria is an oasis and ideal for a overnight stop not too far from the highway. Just go, you won’t regret it.

Beautiful little house in very attractive village. Very helpful, friendly owner. lovely patio to sit out of an evening and nice warm plunge pool. Really superb stop over.

The property is located in the countryside near St Boil, in Burgundy. Our bedroom was specious, very quiet & the bathroom adequate. The breakfast was delicious. Homemade with fresh ingredients, Sylvie's yoghurt bread deserves a special mention. Parking was in the courtyard. There is also a kitchen area for preparing & eating meals. The hostess, Sylvie, is charming, friendly & very helpful. If you are looking for a quiet break in the middle of the French countryside, this venue would be ideal. Highly recommended.

Our stay was truly outstanding. The property is meticulously maintained, with a clear attention to detail that makes the entire setting feel very special, like you are in a movie. Béatrice and François are exceptional hosts. Their warm welcome and genuine kindness were evident throughout our stay. They provided excellent recommendations for local sights and were incredibly helpful in making restaurant reservations. A particular highlight was the weekly dinner they host. It was a wonderful opportunity to enjoy delicious homemade food and wine while connecting with them and other guests in a relaxed and friendly setting. We are already planning to return this summer. If you're considering a booking, I highly recommend doing so soon, as this is a truly special place that I'm sure will be in high demand.

This is a separate annexe type of property, very quiet lovely area to sit out side. Comfortable bed and a very good WiFi. The property has an oven but no stove but that did not bother us. We loved our stay everything is perfect

We were very satisfied with both the hospitality and the amenities and services. The place was tastefully furnished, with an exquisite eye for beautiful design. It was very peaceful and comfortable. Breakfast was a feast of homemade jams, fresh baguettes, eggs, cheese, croissants. The owner, Christine, is very friendly and welcoming. Of course the antique shop she runs next door, the beautiful garden out back and her pets, Balthazar and Celeste, made the experience complete. We shall surely return!
