Everything was amazing, I stayed in Vila Landek during my working trip in Ostrava. This was a great stay ; staff were very friendly and helpful and couldn't fault the place or the staff really. It did appear at first glance a trifle odd set up ; we did think the jacuzzi in the room odd and having to ask for the gate to opened every time we wanted to leave a but odd ...... but we soon found the staff really were available 24/ to let us in or out and the drtop of a hat and the breakfast was delivered to our rooms bang on the dot at the times we'd requested. Can't fault the place
