It was within walking distance of the downtown and all it has to offer. Parking was right across the street and worked out well for us. Our host, Bernard, was absolutely the best! He was so helpful with helping us get around the city and his breakfast each morning was wonderful and satisfying.

Beautiful historical place, comfortable and really well located. I expected having shared bathrooms would be annoying, but there were more than enough of them that it was never an issue in the end.

The room is really nicely decorated and has way more than your typical hotel room. In the little kitchen area, you've got a fridge, micro-oven, oven, kettle, tea, coffee, and plates. The shower room is stocked with shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, earplugs, and towels. Plus, there's a handy small office space that you can separate with a curtain if you need to get some work done. A pleasant surprise was a plate of assorted fruits welcoming us. Xavier and Sofia are super friendly. Xavier was cool about changing our dates, and Sofia welcomed us and gave clear directions on how to get from the street to the parking space. Overall, a great experience!

A quiet neighbourhood, near the metrobus stop that takes you downtown within 20min (take a 24h pass), two bathrooms so no queuing, fully equipped kitchen, we could do our laundry during our 2 weeks trip, the host is just so friendly and nice and helpful. If you're passing through Québec City, do stay at this place.
