The hosts were brilliant and welcoming. We enjoyed learning about Bulgaria and specifically Kalofer's history. The room had everything we needed for our hiking holiday, even got the chance to taste some home made alcohol! :D The hotel is simplistic and beautiful! Just what we were looking for.

Location was excellent - right opposite the bus station, although across the road and down a bit, so no noise nuisance.

Went to the hotel by pure chance but I was very impressed! From the building, the interior, room facilities and restaurant. Service was amazing, the guy at the reception was super helpful and they even had booked me a table at the restaurant(it looks like you need one). Looking forward to come back with my family.
