Chill owner, clean room and bathroom, nice view, the equipment is not abundant, but sufficient (small fridge with drinks you can buy, coffee machine, kettle, some paper plates, plastic forks...), quiet area, great bakery on the other side of the main road.

All was perfect - location, cozy room, ideal cleanliness, breakfast. The mattress is unreal comfortable! Hostess was very friendly and helpful - gave information about restaurant were to eat late evening, about The Grosklochner Alpine road opening (because it was closed for heavy snow few days).... Comfort and everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Highly reccommend!
