All the staff are elegant, courteous, available, kind, helpful, friendly, accommodating, .... The list is too long: they are all just perfect ! The reception, the catering, the maintenance, ... This establishment truly has exceptional employees ! The room was clean, you could smell the good smell of good cleaning products. Very comfortable, practical and pleasant. Lots of equipment available: you will not lack anything ! But they explain that if you need something more, they can make it available to you ! I don't know what else we could need but they can do it ! Quality soap, shower gel and shampoo from the Dove brand ! A plus that makes a big difference ! Don't hesitate, here it's quality at reasonable prices and you will never be disappointed ! Of course, I am a respectful person and it is important to always be so so that others are. I don't speak German and not very good English but they have always been patient, attentive, helpful and full of consideration for me. A big THANK YOU to all the staff ! It's important to recognize such talented staff ! It's very rare, so they need to be rewarded better than others !
