The spacious balcony was absolutely awesome with comfortable seating and a fine view to the canal lock and surrroundings. Lovely! Stayed at the executive room, lots of space and table room, the armchair with the foot stool was a good touch for resting tired feet as well. Complimentary water, snacks, chocolate and Pepsi in the minibar.. Brollies for rent in the lobby was useful service. Wonderful 6 nights' stay. Will definitely return.

Everything was great. Good location, lovely breakfast and all the staff were super friendly and helpful (especially Mahresh). We have stayed here twice now and will definitely do so again when we're next in London.
