Every team member we encountered was polite, friendly, and genuinely caring. From the warm welcome at reception to the thoughtful housekeeping team, everyone made us feel right at home. Their kindness and professionalism stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic – just a short walk to underground and bus stops, making it very easy to get around London. There are also plenty of great places to eat nearby, offering a variety of choices. Another big plus is the convenient on-site car park, which made everything even more hassle-free. A huge thank you to the whole team at Holiday Inn Express – IHG. You truly made our visit memorable, and we can’t wait to return!

Maddie was exceptionally helpful. My initial room smelled very strongly of spray freshener and she tried her very best to find another room for me. She was polite and pleasant and I can’t thank her enough. Thank you Maddie.

we stayed at the holiday inn hotel, everything was perfect from start to finish. Very kind staff and super responsive to all our requests. A big thank to Jasmine at reception, who was cheerful and kind! we had the pleasant surprise of being upgraded upon our arrival and were also able to leave our luggage at reception upon our arrival and also on the day of our departure. In short, we will come back!!

I want to give a big shout out to the lovely ladies on reception when I checked in on the 15th Oct. The lock on my suitcase got jammed and I had a good laugh with them as they helped me try to open it. Very helpful group! Also, the room was very quiet, even though I was next to the lift, so I was pleasantly surprised.

This newly refurbished 4-star hotel is based on the edge of the green belt, with easy access to London, the Kent countryside and the M25 London orbital motorway, via the A2.
