Very friendly staff. There was AC throughout most of the building, the showers were very clean and the rooms were cleaned daily. Cozy common area with plenty of seats and power plugs, plates and glassware available in the kitchen and free water available. Very good price for a hostel of this quality. Central location on Hong Kong island, a little bit far from the subway but bus/tram stops right in front. Luggage storage for the day.

Excellent location near the top of the mid level escalators, great pool too. The pool has an amazing view of Hong Kong skyline. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean.

Very clean, for someone who is super picky about the cleanliness, the toilet are extremely clean, the room AC are on full blast even before check in so when you enter after the hot day, you immediately feel relax. Water refilling station are available and even a glass bottle is provided to use for your trip.

It’s very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Also surprisingly roomy for Hong Kong standards. I have no complaints. The staff were very polite and helpful, and even offered late housekeeping as I was napping during their standard housekeeping time. It wasn’t necessary, but i was pleasantly surprised and impressed they bothered about it. Well done! The highlight for me was the powerful Dyson hairdryer, I loved it!

Comfortable apartment, not too far away from Central (walking down is easily done, going up one can take a short ride with the bus), in a quiet area. It’s very clean and a good breakfast is being provided (choice from six standards). The service is excellent, by the reception, the restaurant, and the concierge.

We enjoyed our 16-night stay, the room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was a very convenient place; every 5 minutes you can take an LRT train, or taxis are waiting in front of the hotel 24/7. Walk about 5 minutes; there are public buses to ride. If you want to buy stuff or eat in the restaurant, you don't need to go anywhere. The shopping mall and hotel are like twins together. I would book this hotel again without hesitation. Thank you for everything.
