She truly went above and beyond to assist us during these five days, from arranging taxis to offering destination tips, and most importantly, making our engagement the most incredible experience. Moe always welcomed us warmly when we arrived at the hotel and waved us off with a smile when we left. She is a genuinely kind-hearted person who truly deserves to be recognized. We also had the pleasure of dining several nights at the wonderful restaurant, Isoletta, where we were always warmly welcomed by Haruna and Yuka. Their kindness and cheerful attitude greatly enhanced our dining experience. They were amazing! The hotel's rooftop bar was another highlight of our stay, offering a breathtaking view of the stars while enjoying fantastic drinks. Alex was incredibly helpful, providing us with excellent tips for our trip and revealing some hidden gems we wouldn't have discovered otherwise. We also received outstanding service at the reception, where Koki amongst with other was always ready to assist with taxi bookings and beach recommendations, all while greeting us with a smile. Thank you once again for making our stay so special. We will cherish these memories forever and look forward to returning in the future.
