Excellent location, walk to restaurants, stores and sites. All staff were very helpful and pleasant. They let us check in 2 hours early so we could catch the trolly tour bus. Valet guys were great as well. Suite was more than we expected. Definitely stay again!

The hotel and breakfast was great. The omelette cook was the best! Front desk reception was very friendly and helpful. Location was great and area restaurants and nail salon was convenient and great to be within walking distance. We will definitely be returning.

No trash bags in the trash cans, previous damages to the bathroom door, had to cancel my credit card because of fraudulent charges $266.15 came from the Hotel embassy suites by Hilton Buckhead. The billing office staff would not resolve the fraudulent charge by the Hotel. They temporarily locked me out of my room and had to go to the front check in desk and they asked for my credit card. I showed the staff I had been previously charged for the room and did not need my card again.

There was absolutely nothing good about this stay. This is the 2nd time there and it’s worse than last year. I’ve had several bad experiences with Embassy lately and I plan to contact Hilton’s customer service. Food bad, waiter at bar very bad, no air conditioning despite moving to a second room. Phone did not work, heard planes all night, bed hard and pillows too soft. Breakfast not up to par which is not normal for most Embassy Suites. Also, I only booked this location for the shuttle service which we could not use
