Great communication from the Hotel advising there are two Hilton Garden Inns at Heathrow, it was fortunate as we thought we were stayimg at the Terminal 2 Hotel! This Hotel is about 10 mins from Heathrow by car, not a problem as we were notified of correct address. Bed was super comfy and everything nice and clean. The staff at the Hotel restaurant were very pleasant and same goes for the reception desk. They have a lovely outdoor garden area and the room was very quiet. Would certainly recommend if you need to stay overnight before a flight.

My stay at the Hilton Heathrow Terminal 5 was everything I expected from the Hilton brand. Great customer service from staff, sharing key information effectively. The rooms were very clean and equipped with the power outlets for both UK and US adapters.

Set next to the iconic Wembley Stadium and set next to the historic Wembley Arena, the hotel is also located adjacent to the London Designer Outlet.
