They are very accommodating to your needs while you’re there. We always stay there went visiting the area couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. We stayed there back when an ice storm hit and their internet was down and couldn’t take our card payment to book us they made arrangements for us even tho it took us longer than expected to arrive due to weather. They worked to accommodate us even in those circumstances. Will always return to stay there. Best hospitality in the area.

Just a 15 minute drive to Knoxville, the hotel is situated near entertainment and business options in Knoxville and in proximity to the Smoky Mountain National Park and Cades Cove. This Maggie Valley hotel is close to popular attractions like Cataloochee Ski Area, Great Smoky Mountains Railroad, Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the Cherokee Indian Reservation. The Blue Ridge Parkway is just five miles away. We loved the location and the lift was very handy to our room .. the breakfast had variety and the bed was really comfortable.. it was quiet and dark .. the staff very friendly
