For us this was the perfect place to stay. Everything was very clean and the apartment had everything we needed. Perfect air-con, a nice terrasse etc. It is located in the middle of the small town with everything available within a few minutes walk. Even the main beach of the island. However, we preferred to take a taxi to the amazing nearby Ao Cho beach which is a short taxi drive away (10 min). The taxi cost 30 Bath per person or 200 for the whole car, if you prefer to go straight away without waiting for the taxi to be full (with other people). For us this beach was heaven on earth with beautiful green water, white sand and a very chill atmosphere. Plus the sunbeds are free on this beach. On the main beach they cost 100 Bath per person. We really liked to stay in the town centre as the smaller and more beautiful beaches are very quiet in the evenings. With this apartment we could be in the centre at night time and very easily go to the perfect beach during the days. We highly recommend this place!

All the things you need are in the accommodation. It's big, well decorated and confortable. The location is perfect : close to the beach, shops and restaurants and also quiet in a small alley.

This hotel is in a very convenient place - right next to the pier, a shop and a cafe. It is easy, as when you get to the island, you do not need to get a taxi and can easily rent a motorbike close to the hotel. We booked the hotel for 3 nights and then booked for three more. The room has Netflix and Youtube, they also provided an additional bed for our 4 year old. The ladies provided water and clean towels every day and cleaned the room once in two days. We are not fancy travelers, we really enjoyed the stay and also Koh Samet.

Located in Ko Samed, 400 metres from Sai Kaew Beach, Happy@samed features rooms with city views and free WiFi. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. Each room has a balcony. Great location: close to the Main Street, 5 minute walk to the beach, friendly staff, received the room clean. Facilities would be given once a day which included 1 toilet paper, towels, trash bag, and coffee. Staff doesn’t go in the room which felt secure. We rented mopeds for a good price from the staff and they were very helpful, really recommend getting them to experience the whole island in a day. The owner of the property was very sweet and available at all times, don’t forget to inform and call her about your arrival so her staff will be waiting for you and not the opposite way around.

Great service, receptionist helped me out with renting a motorcycle immediately which was really helpful (I think it's run by the same people). Room was nice and clean, and the air conditioning was fantastic. Bed was also extremely spacious.

Baan Rom Talay features free WiFi throughout the property. Property was great location, very easy and smooth getting keys. Really local and got bottles of water and new tissues. Mini fridge for keeping water and food chilled and clothes dryer outside which is great for beach clothes and ac and fan in the room. Reviews say bathroom is small but it honestly is what you expect for the price.
