We always felt completely safe here, which added so much peace of mind to our holiday. The cleanliness is simply impeccable – everything spotless and fresh, every day. The entire place is beautifully organized, with a layout that makes it feel both spacious and homely. The kitchen is especially well thought out: each room has its own assigned table, cupboard, and set of plates, utensils, and cooking items, which keeps things wonderfully neat and easy for everyone. And then there is Catarina – what a host! She is truly the heart of this place. Warm, sincere, and full of genuine care, she puts her soul into making her guests feel welcome and valued. She visits daily to tidy and refresh the common areas, replace the flowers, and, more often than not, surprise guests with delicious homemade or local treats. She is thoughtful, adaptable, and always ready to help – whether it’s offering great local tips or simply checking in via message to see if we needed anything. We felt so looked after and appreciated her kindness enormously. The property itself feels like a peaceful haven – quiet, comfortable, and infused with warmth and charm. Everything here has been designed with the guest’s comfort in mind, and you can feel the love and pride that goes into it. We travel often, but this stay will remain a highlight for us. If you’re looking for a spotless, perfectly located, safe, and beautifully run accommodation with a host who truly cares, look no further – this is the place! We would return in a heartbeat.

At the guest house, all units come with bed linen and towels. Beautiful renovated house, full of history! Related to the Botanical garden of Ponta Delgada, which is right next door. The rooms were very comfortable and cozy. Staff was friendly and helpful. We spent New years and the views to the bay and fireworks was unbeatable! We would definitely come back again 😊

I recently stayed at a newly built hotel in Ponta Delgada for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The modern design and fresh ambiance were immediately noticeable. We used the convenient self-check-in option, which was quick and easy. Despite our early morning checkout, the hotel kindly prepared a special breakfast for us, showcasing their excellent service. The hotel featured a well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor and an inviting pool area, though we didn't have time to use the pool.

From the location, to the facilities, common kitchen, bathrooms and the room, to the hosts, everything went out so smoothly that we were able to enjoy a formidable time in the isle. We would definetely recommend this place and we will come back for sure.

The owner was extremely pleasant and gave us loads of infos about everything we'd need and ask for. Didn't have that feeling of positivity from a host, in a long time. The bed was huge and very comfortable, everything was 'grand', from the lobby to the bathroom
