A bit small but not an issue if you are staying here for seeing the island. If we are going back some day, we would stay here again.

I have to appreciate the kind personal, clear room, very nice terrace, beautiful view and the homemade cookies :). A lot of owners could inspire how to manage their businesses.

It was a perfect recommendation to one of the best hiking trails I’ve ever been on and Rui’s practical suggestions made it all doable.

I spent 6 wonderful nights at this exceptionally clean and peaceful accommodation in São Jorge. The room was cleaned every single day, which I truly appreciated. This is a family-run place, and the hosts are incredibly kind and helpful. Emanuel, the husband, was especially supportive – he helped organize my hiking trips around the island, provided transportation to and from the trails, and even took me to the airport at the end of my stay without asking for anything in return. If you're looking for a quiet, spotless place with genuinely caring hosts, I highly recommend this place. I would definitely stay here again!

São Jorge Island Airport and Velas city centre are within a 10-minute drive. The hotel offers free private parking on site. The location is so incredibly beautiful! Close to both the airport and the Velas port for ferries, with access to hikes, and including a fabulous pool and all the other amenities you could want, this is the perfect place to stay on Sao Jorge. We used the comfortable apartment with squeaky clean linens, cooking and dishware, and patio furniture. Lots of space and surfaces for packing suitcases and feeling at home. The sunsets were STUNNING and all the requests we had were generously completed with smiles. Thank you so much to Max, Gabi, Thiago, and all the lovely staff!
