Aathma Colombo House biedt accommodatie met een tuin in Colombo, op 2,7 km van het Asiri Surgical Hospital. Het huis ligt op een privé-schiereiland/eiland aan de oevers van het Diyawanna-meer. Mooi hotel met super vriendelijke staff. Kamers waren erg goed en comfortabel. Wij hadden een ruime kamer met bubbelbad voor 3 personen (2 volwassenen en 1 kind). Met extra bed in de kamer was er nog meer als genoeg ruimte. Staff was super vriendelijk, helpen met alles wat je wil. Ontbijt was top en de ober helemaal. Geen ontbijtbuffet maar lekker aan tafel van de kaart. Je loopt niet makkelijk aan maar met een tuk tuk ben je overal super snel, wat overigens kan regelen via het hotel. Ook nog een taart en leuke attentie op het bed gekregen voor mijn verjaardag. Zeker een aanrader! Thank you Aathma, we had a great start from our trip!!

Het Sayura House ligt in Colombo, op 3,5 km van het chirurgisch ziekenhuis Asiri. Het biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi in alle ruimtes en gratis privéparkeergelegenheid. The vibe was cozy and comfortable and very relaxing. Gamini was the perfect host and made sure everything was smooth and enjoyable. Max was a joy and made the place seem so much more homely. Would definitely come back here for future stays.

Staying at this hotel was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. it truly felt like home, thanks to their warm and genuine hospitality. I have traveled many times and stayed in numerous hotels, but none have matched the comfort and care I found here. A heartfelt thanks to the owner, Mr. Shane, the manager, Sisira, and the entire staff, who went above and beyond to take care of me, especially when I was unwell. Their kindness and attentiveness made all the difference. The food is absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared with so much attention to detail. The rooms are spotlessly clean, neat, and designed to provide maximum comfort. The environment is stunning, especially with the serene riverside view that adds so much charm and peace to the stay. What impressed me further was the reasonable pricing, which is more than justified for the exceptional service and experience they provide. For me, this place has become more than just a hotel—it’s my second home. Whenever I return to Sri Lanka, I won’t be looking for another place to stay, because I’ve already found the perfect one. 💖

Away from the crowds of Colombo, the spacious room and antique charm gave me a fantastic rest after exploring Sri Lanka’s capital. With all the qualities of a classic hotel I could enjoy style and comfort while maintaining the privacy of home.

Had a great stay at this place. Actually, the best place to stay while extending your visa:passport office is just 600 m away. It is a nice quite area close to Colombo center. Not on the noisy steer but still close to shops and other facilities. Hot water in the shower, good WiFi. The owner is super friendly and helpful, such a great guy. Highly recommended!

Shalom Villa ligt in Rajagiriya, op 8,5 km van Treinstation Bambalapitiya, en biedt accommodatie met een gedeelde lounge, gratis privéparkeren en een terras. Great joint. Room is little hence the name economy single room.  There's no windows so wouldn't recommend staying for longer than two or 3 nights. But they do have other doubel sized rooms if you wanna stay for longer.The place is spot on. Clean and well Maintained. The house owners are kind and reasonable people as well. I don't know what the previous asian lady was talking about but they do provide free WIFI and no dramas with the toilet tissues. Overall brilliant place for a visit. Get some business done or for a good night sleep before you hit your long trip.

I recently stayed at The Colombo House and had a great experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and located conveniently. What truly made my stay memorable was the kind uncle who was working there. He was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed, and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a warm and hassle-free stay in Colombo!
