Can't get a much better location - so central, bus stop and MTR stop both less than a minute's walk away, convenience store in the same building and more down the road. The area is nice too, even as a woman I felt safe to walk around alone at night. Very nice and helpful owner, always super quick to answer any questions. Yeah it's not a huge space, but so what? It's Hong Kong after all; we've stayed in smaller rooms, in worse locations and paid more for it. The value for money is unbeatable in my opinion.

It’s walking distance to MTR’s and other attractions in Tsim Sha Tsui. it’s also near to affordable food stalls and restaurants. What I like about this place is from the time that I got my booking and message the property I immediately got a reply and Ms.Lee is really accommodating and help me with everything that I request. Also the helper (sorry I forgot Ate’s name🙂‍↕️) was really friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Ate cleaned room everyday and change towels, there’s also free toiletries and you can get drinking water outside the reception area. Our room was for 4 pax with window and has nice street view. Also elevators is small but is not that crowded.Over all experience was really nice and comfortable☺️ If we are going back again I will surely book again in this guesthouse☺️
