The stuff was great, everything was fantastic, especially the bed and how quiet the place was.We had some great sleeps there. First day we had an issue with the shower, the water was not going down the sewers but when we told them it was fixed very very fast. The location is perfect for everything. We were very happy with the hospitality in Madrid in general. And also coffee is very hard to find a good one in the shops, but in the reception they had a machine and iyou could have a very good coffee from there.

The Prado and Reina Sofía Museums are close by. You can walk to the charming Retiro Park The team of Hostal Bianco was very helpful and communicative. They do their best for our comfort stay and store our luggage the last day. The location is perfect in the Barrio de las Letras (el antiguo bar La Venencia ☺) but also short distance on foot to Puerta del Sol, Gran Via and Prado Museum. The room and the bathroom were very clean.
