Clean, friendly family run Hostal, comfortable beds, fridge, glasses, coffee/tea cups, hot pot in room, spacious bathroom, homemade breakfast. Professional, kind, and thoughtful staff. The female owner made homemade breads and cakes served at breakfast. Her husband and I believe, her son were very attentive, as was she, and they made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. There are two municipal free parking lots not to far from the Hostal should you require a place to park your car. There is a small elevator on site, in addition to stairs. You can easily walk to restaurants, bars, and the beach from the Hostal. A very lovely stay! Highly recommend.

They helped me with my luggage upon arrival, and even during check-out at 5 AM, someone was present at the reception and kindly offered me something for breakfast to take on the road. Housekeeping was also top-notch — fast, efficient, and spotless. The location is another big plus: right on the main boulevard of Paguera, super convenient and strategic. Honestly, it was a very pleasant stay — thank you to all the team at Neptuno!
