Thanks to the hotel, Simon, and the beautiful area. Me (27M) and my girlfriend(23F) could not have found a better place. We were well prepared (or so we thought) and knew exactly what to do, where and when, until we met Simon. He was super friendly and helped us refine our activities with secret local spots and choosing the right day for each activity. For my girlfriend and me this was perfect. (Even if you are not so well prepared Simon will point you towards all the gems exactly tailored to your wishes.) The appartment itself is super clean and recently renovated (while keeping the rustic alpine style). We loved the cozy wooden interior and the bed was very comfortable (including the pillows!!). I almost forgot the great view, see the photo. The location directly at the Fernpass road B179, was ideal for us. We had many things planned such as Zugspitze, Neuschwannstein, Drachensee, Partnachklamm, Breitachklamm and canyoning, which were all within 1h driving (many even much less). This was ideal for us and made a super action packed, beautiful vacation possible for us. Last but not least Simon made a custom mountainbike loop exactly to my wishes, which was one of the coolest (and hardest, cardio wise) experiences I have had in a while, completely for free. He has an amazing collection of bikes which you can borrow for free. With that I would like to conclude that I can only very much recommend staying here. Best wishes, R & E

Haus Kohlberghof has mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Bichlbach, 7.5 km from Train Station Lermoos. It is located 12 km from Train Station Reutte in Tyrol and features luggage storage space. The guest house features family rooms. The room is very clean and spacious. The kitchen has everything we need. The owner is so friendly. Nice breakfast and nice breakfast room.

The rooms at the inn are fitted with a seating area, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom with a hairdryer and a shower. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. The property provides barbecue facilities, parking on-site and an electric vehicle charging station. Room was very big and comfy, had basic kitchen equipment (boiler, fridge etc). The room is in a complex with multiple rooms and there was a shared kitchen in the building where one could cook. Overall aligned with pictures and price paid, cheaper compared to other options in the area.

We stayed with dinner and breakfast and they were wonderful, thoughtful and varied. The rooms are charming with balconies and huge windows. It is clear that every detail has been thought of. The staff was welcoming and helpful with everything needed.
