Wat een topadres, we verbleven er twee nachtjes. Supervriendelijke uitbaters, die omringd worden door een even warme familie. Ze bieden er alles om goed gezind aan je dag te beginnen: van het comfortabele bed (we hebben er zalig geslapen) en het ontbijt dat tot in de puntjes verzorgd was, tot de vriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid van de uitbaters. Wij kwamen er volledig tot rust, wat we wel konden gebruiken na een vlucht van 11 uur. De rondlopende huisdieren ( lieve hond en kat) waren een plus! =)

Stayed here two nights and it was a perfect relaxing spot. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed in the small kitchen. The bed is comfortable with good quality sheets and blankets. There is a TV with Netflix for the evenings and the wifi works well. AC is cool and shower is hot. The grounds are beautiful and the small pool was refreshing. The weather was cloudy most of the time we stayed but we did get a quick peek of the volcano. It’s RIGHT THERE. What a beautiful view! I spent a lot of time reading on the small terrace and bird watching. It is a bit out of La Fortuna, but we had a rental car and it was nice to stay away from the hustle and bustle.

De locatie is vlakbij het nationaal park Rio Celeste; 10 min met de auto.

Loved the location, the "zen" vibe, the beautiful gardens, the attention to detail paid to the amenities in the individual villas, the fire that was lit for breakfast in the morning on the gorgeous outdoor covered eating space, the delicious and healthy breakfasts, the extraordinary wildlife that was so abundant and made it difficult for me to focus on eating my breakfast lol, the walking path surrounding the property, the approachability of the owners, the friendliness of their staff, their obvious love and appreciation for nature, their surroundings, their community and CR. Proximity to Bijigua and Rio Celeste is perfect.

The Nomad Hostel is a great option for travelers, very close to the airport and the place is super comfortable, clean and close to anything you need for your short stay. The owners Allan and Maia are the nicest hosts, very attentive making sure I had everything I needed. Very recommended and will definitely stay here again.

Very clean and confy to stay. The owner is very nice. He even wait outside the property with my partner to be sure she get in her Uber safe.

Zeus Guesthouse -Free SJO Airport Shuttle & Car Rental ligt in La Garita in de regio Alajuela, op 28 km van Nationaal Park Poas en biedt gratis WiFi, een barbecue, een tuin en gratis privéparkeren. The staff was extremely nice. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. The room was great and comfy. I would highly recommend staying here.
