The inn itself is charming, clean, and beautifully maintained, offering a fantastic living experience that blends comfort with local charm. Kate, the host, truly made this stay exceptional. Her kindness and hospitality were outstanding—she went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. From helpful local tips to her warm, guest-oriented approach, Kate made every moment special. The inn’s cozy ambiance and thoughtful touches perfectly complemented Yangshuo’s unique vibe. I highly recommend Jing Yuan Inn to anyone visiting Yangshuo. It’s a gem of a place, and Kate’s incredible hosting makes it unforgettable. Can’t wait to return!

There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage space and organising tours for guests. Close to the center but in a quiet street. The hostel manager is really helpful, she explained what to do or not to do and arranged us the best way to explore the region, including booking day transport. The kindest host on my travels in years !

Staff at the guesthouse is delighted to offer travel tips and assist with ticket service. The hotel is nice, with modern design, no TV (which I actually like), and great hostel-like reception with books, fresh water, post cards… washing machines and free washing powder in the last floor and renting motorbikes and bicicles is veeeeeery cheap. The reception guy was AWESOME! He doesn’t stop until he gets you whatever need or wish you have. Even if he doesn’t get any money out of it! Always with a smile, very good English, and with great coffee for a very low price.

At Baike Boutique Hotel you will find a terrace and a bar. Other facilities offered at the property include a shared lounge and table-football. An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including hiking. They met me and saw me off from the hotel. They told me about walking routes. They helped with all questions. The most convenient hotel in this village. Beautiful rooms and corridors. Safe doors to the room and to the balcony with protection from below against insects and others.

Just 5 km from Yangshuo, The Giggling Tree is an unique guest house which is located in the tiny village of Little Mountain Gate. It features traditional farmhouses, a beautiful courtyard and an outdoor swimming pool. Free WiFi access is available. The Giggling Tree was just perfect! It is an amazing hotel - friendly and welcoming, lovely room with amazing views, wonderful staff and restaurant. Laura was simply brilliant and made some great food recommendations. Eating in the quaint courtyard restaurant area was perfect, especially the Beer fish from the Lijiang River! Great dumplings too! And the pool was a nice bonus with fantastic views. Good bicycles to rent and trips/taxis can be organised. We'd love to return again one day - the scenery is simply unforgettable! Thank you Laura! Tim and Ann

Excellent restaurant as well!
