The hotel was exactly in the very middle of the city on the main street. The hotel has a brewery, and the beer was delicious. The owner is very nice, and you will be in very good hands with anything you need. The room was great, luxury even. They have a cafe also, so if you need food you don't have to go anywhere else. Would definitely recommend you stay here if staying in Sevan.

He ensured that every detail of our stay was perfect. We appreciated his kindness and nice gesture. The location is close to Lake Sevan, so it was a perfect place to get back to after a day on the beach and sightseeing. The atmosphere was so peaceful and the host made us feel so at ease. The property was clean and well maintained and there were even fruit trees on the premises (although the fruit will not be ready for another month).
