Guest Houses in Ayvalık

First of all I want to say thanks for the owner of this hotel and his staff (actually it’s only one person). The hospitality is on very high level! We lost a little bit in the streets of Ayvalık, so owner came to point, that I were standing to meet me and walk with me to the hotel. When we came to the hotel he provide some drinks: coffee and water, also gave us figs and olives from his garden. We have good conversations, even we speak different languages and staff always help and give advices how to get to some places and what beach is better. The hotel is new, it opens in July 2023. Room very nice, clean and bright. It’s really close to the city, but the street is quit. I highly recommend this place for staying and hope to came back there one day.

Beautiful building and gardens with a rooftop terrace to watch the sun go down.

I had a wonderful stay here and can wholeheartedly recommend it. The house is a beautiful old Ayvalık building with stone walls. The place is spotless clean and perf ectly located close to everything yet peaceful and authentic. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to offer tips about Ayvalık and make your stay smooth and comfortable. The room was cozy with a very comfortable bed, strong air conditioning, and fast WiFi, which made it easy to relax and stay connected. It truly felt like experiencing Ayvalık in the most genuine way, with that special local charm. The location is unbeatablewalking distance to the water & the center of Ayvalık yet peaceful enough to enjoy the local rhythm. If you want a place where you feel welcome, well taken care of, and enjoy a real taste of Ayvalık, this is the perfect choice. Also run by a local family who lives close. The stay offers the full Aegean experience: historic charm, close to the water and in a quiet street in the middle of the town.

The beds were very comfortable and the staff were incredibly friendly. The location was excellent!
