Fantastic location for jomtien. Good size room with soi view balcony. Ideal to use as a base for a few days or longer. Restaurant and breakfast very nice. Friendly staff. 24 x 7 access. Overall, it was a very nice and pleasant stay.

It is a grill and bar with rooms above. The area has a long beach plenty of breakfast and eating options, plus night market food nearby, you can eat in the restaurant after11am. It is on the main baht bus route into Pattaya with great shopping malls, and good cinemas. The staff are excellent, friendly, smiling and courteous. You could not ask for more. Cocktails and drinks in the afternoon overlooking the Beach, wonderful. We will definately stay here again on our next visit.

The kindest and friendliest staff I have ever seen. The room is always clean and everything works 100%. Everything is included in the booking. Wifi works very well. Loved this place and will be back soon.
