the property is beautiful through out it is so cozy and breaths warmth and history it is well run with staff that are proud and passionate about what they do - they were so friendly and ready to help with everything-ready to recommend things to visit in the area and so proud of their historical town- have to commend the establishment on their great staff - definitely recommend 10/10

We have stayed at many Airbnbs and hotels all over the world and this is one of the best! 40 years of remodeling and updating a fantastic country manor has paid off. The owners are super friendly and helpful. We had the breakfast which was cooked to order and delicious. The views are fantastic! We are planning on going back with friends this summer for sure!

Really nice hotel in a great location, close to everything! The room was upstairs and overlooked the street, with a charming little balcony and a super comfortable bed. I wish I could have stayed longer. The owner also runs a restaurant right next door and that was probably the best meal I had in Portugal. Delicious tapas, definitely worth it to eat there if you can. I would eat there even if I wasn't staying at the hotel.
