Beautiful surrounding of the property with many trees and plants, created by the owners son. The owner who welcomed us was extremely nice and helpful, he shared many tips and gave us recommendations where to go, where to eat. We had a really nice chat with him. He let us leave our bags at the reception after checkout. Furnas is one of the most beautiful areas in Sao Miguel Island, make sure you plan more days there, we only had 1 night there sadly.

Wonderful host left everything in the house that you might need like oil, salt, peper, te bags, coffee etc. Plus left a delicious bottle of red wine for us. Delightful! Thank you! The house is literally an old water will. So lovely!
