Frank was AMAZING! The hotel is a small boutique and truly lives up to its title. Frank was incredibly nice, highly communicative, and a lovely person overall. I absolutely adored his guidebook. Everything was clean and surprisingly well-maintained. While breakfast wasn't extravagantly fancy, it was satisfying enough. The hotel has a fantastic location, just a 3-minute walk to Parque Kennedy, the heart of Lima.

Sareli is super, super friendly and always helped me. I felt very welcome and at home. The place is antique but had a restauration which means it is a very good shape and its also very comfortable. The price was great and you get a small room but its perfect and the location too. It was also quiet for me but depends on the room I heared. Also they give you a lot of recommendations for restaurants and museos.

We stayed here twice during our trip to Peru. A very nice accomodation with a friendly family who runs it. Often there is lasagna and cake available to buy which we were very thankful for when we arrived late. It was delicious. Great location in cozy Barranco and walking distance to Miraflores (30 min walk). Comfortable bed. Hot showers. Quiet. Great value for what it costs.

Lovely, cozy place, Ursula and Piero helped us out with ideas where to eat, what to visit during our stay. We were able to do an early check in, we have had taxi waiting for us at the airport.

Since there was a free room when we arrived, we were able to check in already at 07:30 in the morning after our long flight to Lima without any extra cost. Thus, we could take a morning nap before going to see the city. Versi was very helpful and gave us good recommendations for restaurants and getting around. We were able to arrange transport from the airport through Casa Nuestra and the English speaking driver Christian was really nice.
