The owner/staff was helpful, very friendly, kind... The location is amazing, with local café and promenad of Marsaskala we went during night and morning to enjoy local food.There was bus stop close by. We took bus 91/93 to Valletta with good price. This way we experienced friendly locals, food with good price etc.

The room was fantastic with picturesque view. Especially have a big tub in the room was really satisfying. Everywhere is spotless even the balcony.

The room was new and very clean and big enough. It had complimentary bottles of water upon arrival in the room so we didn't have to go buy water in the night. There is a mini market on the ground floor next to the hotel. The bathroom was nice and clean, always hot water available. The cleaning crew passed every 2 days. The manager mr Muhammad was the best hotel manager we have met in all our trips so far, very polite, always there to ask how we are doing and help us and guide us around where to visit etc. The reception was open until 7pm. The hotel was very quiet and we slept easily at night without disturbance. The breakfast was very decent and more than just continental breakfast, definitely worth adding it in your arrangement. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the service and hotel we received. The location of the hotel is fine because it's in the middle of the village and just on the main road, about 3 minutes walking from the central harbor area which is full of stores, cafes, restaurants. Really easy to drive away and go to the other cities by car because it was close to the highway. Well worth staying there. It made our vacations in Malta very enjoyable.

I was looking for a quiet and safe neighbourhood with shops offering local products, and good access to the main attractions — and Sunlight House had all of these qualities. The owner made sure the property was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. He is friendly, open, discreet, and very helpful. We have received the deluxe rooftop apartment with two rooms and partial overview of the promenade. Very clean and spacious. The location is excellent, quiet and yet 50 meters from the promenade. The staff is helpful,polite and welcoming. Great value for money.
