The first thing to say is that the staff is really friendly and helpful. The location is great, at the heart of the resort, just a couple of minutes walk from the ski slopes. The rooms are simple and comfortable and the breakfast was very tasty. The bath downstairs is spatious and very pleasant and the facilities for skying are very good, with even a drying room for ski gear! It was a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming pension, run by an incredibly kind and hardworking couple. Despite the heavy snowstorm disrupting transportation, they went above and beyond to assist us, ensuring we reached our destination smoothly. Their generosity didn’t stop there—they even brought our skis to the bus station, making our departure hassle-free. The warmth and hospitality we experienced made our trip even more special. Location super close to a ski lift and also super close to a good ski rental place, 15minutes from the center but there are nice restaurants 5min away. Bus stop nakao is 5min away as well. The owner provided us cheaper ski passes and also a discount for the ski rental! It has a washing machine and great dry room. Also has a good small onsen for the guests. Will be back for sure :)

It had everything you needed. The toilets and showers were so clean at any time day or night. Breakfast for 500 yen was a great start to the day. Then you had dinner which was all you could eat which cost us around $30 Australian dollars for 2 adults. Our kids are free as they are under 6 years old. It had ski hire, free washing machine and dryer. Great location a short 5 minute walk to the main gondola to ski the mountains. The owner and staff were fantastic and very attentive and helped with everything we asked. Totally recommend
