Communication was excellent before and during my stay. The access process with a code is very straightforward and means that you can’t lose a key/card or lock yourself out. Just make sure to memorise the code! The apartment is centrally located and close to all tourist attractions in Turin. It is on a street with a tram but I really didn’t hear it much of it at all. The room is in a beautiful, old, historical building which was so charming and makes you feel like you are living like a local! The area felt very safe which is so important to me as a solo female traveller. The room itself has been renovated while still retaining the original charm. It was spacious and was just the right temperature. The bed was comfortable and it’s such a treat to have a little balcony! The fridge and microwave is much appreciated! The shower was very good and all towels in the bathroom were clean, perfectly white and really soft. The thing that surprised me the most was that I wasn’t expecting it to be cleaned at all during my stay as most apartment style lettings are not usually cleaned during a short stay in my experience. Therefore it was the most pleasant surprise to return to the room after the first day and see how well it had been cleaned and tidied! The floor had been mopped and everything. Immaculate! I was so impressed with the housekeeping every day. They even replaced the fresh drinking water in the fridge each day. There is a good supermarket downstairs which was really handy. Highly recommend Urban Relais. Grazie!

The communication with the owner was pleasant, and we were happy to do a phone check-in since our train was a little late. Everything looked even better from the moment we came to the flat than in the photos. We enjoyed small welcome boxes with refreshments. It was really lovely and had a personalized touch that other apartments have lacked :) The beds were comfy, it was amazing that the flat had two separate bathrooms which helped us girls to get ready faster in the morning. I loved that we could have more than one towel per person and toiletries were present (shower gel, toothpaste, and toothbrush 🙌 Also hairdryer, ironing board, and iron added a homey feeling. 🏡 We liked the calmer neighborhood that helped us rest well. It was nice that the flat had air conditioning since it was quite hot in the morning. Overall it was a really pleasant stay and the best accommodation we had during this trip to Turin ❤

Just a wonderful stay: spacious apartment, support before and during the stay - almost immediate responses. The apartment is very easy to reach, not even 5min from the airport bus stop. Great coffee and snacks were available in the kitchen. Comfy bed and warm room. The location is just perfect - every tourist place could be reached on foot, all the shops just a street away. Highly recommended!

We chose it for its location, and it exceeded our expectations. We entered the building through a beautiful, large wooden door and reached the property. At the entrance, there was a small desk used as a reception, a security camera, and two waiting chairs. We had informed them of our check-in time in advance, and someone was there waiting for us. Two very polite and understanding young people welcomed us. The property only has two rooms, and since we were staying as a family, we had booked both. This turned out to be a great idea, as we had the opportunity to use the entire place. The room we stayed in was quite spacious and lovely. The bed was comfortable, and everything — the bathroom, toilet — was spotless. We were very satisfied with the room. The property also has a café within walking distance, which I highly recommend visiting.
