It was clean, had all the facilites that we needed, the room is just like in the pictures. The room was always clean, and we even got fresh towels daily. There was crackers and wine in the room that we drank. There was no contact with the staff or the employees and we could check in at very very late because we didn't needed to meet. It was very nice that its a flexible place

One of the best accommodations, the location is in a perfect place, near the airport but also the center of Pisa and Central station, you can walk around the whole city from the Villa without any problems, the cleanliness and comfort of the Villa is amazing, also the host Silvia and her husband are wonderful, with perfect suggestions and advice for cafes, restaurants and attractions, and are at your service 24/7 for anything you need. Overall one of the best accommodations we have stayed at.

Modern and aesthetically pleasing compared to other places I stayed in Italy. Well sized room, nice terrace. Comfortable bed. Owner was friendly and accommodating! Only stayed here for one night, but would have definitely stayed for longer. Good sized bathroom

Steps away from the incredible Leaning Tower and the Square of Miracles. As a result we spent a lot of time marvelling at the scenery, enjoying the park. We walked along the walll as well. The hostess runs the restaurant below where we enjoyed a lovely meal It is a 30 minute or less walk to the train station through a wonderful pedestrian walkway in the shopping district.
