Guest Houses in Vík

The house we stayed in was very authentic. It was our fourth day in Iceland and the fourth guest house we stayed in. Considering we have enough guest house experience, it was the best house we stayed in Iceland. The hosts were very kind and understanding. Before we arrived home, they provided us with the necessary information very clearly and helped us. After we reached the house, they gave us information about the environment. We had minimal communication with the hosts of the houses we stayed in before. The owners of this house welcomed us as if we were their friends. There were some surprises waiting for us at home. We had the opportunity to see the farm and animals closely. Meanwhile, we found answers to some of our questions about life in Iceland. In addition, the house was very clean and the guest groups staying in the house had separate bathrooms. The location of the house made us happy because it was very close to the beach. It was also quiet because it was in an isolated area. Many thanks again to the hosts.

The place was very clean with a nice atmosphere. Guesthouse has a small kitchenette, which is very useful and handy. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very much recommend this place!

The facility of the Guesthouse is excellent. We were so lucky to get a "very very budget price" to rent this excellent guesthouse at Vik. The lady owner is very nice. She prepared waffle batter for us for the morning breakfast. She also provided homemade jam for us. This is the best Guesthouse during our stay at Iceland.

The property is perfect with exceptional view. We had a room with balcony. We could see the church of vik from our window. It was such a great stay. Great host and amazing services with perfect breakfast in the morning. The property also has a small crepes place in front of it. We spent a night here and we loved everything about this place. Would definitely recommend:)

The guesthouse undersells itself and has some added facilities. There was a guest fridge and microwave 😍. There is an on site restaurant that you can have dinner at however I was unable to find any menu or opening hours online. They do cook a mean fish and chips. The bed was the most comfortable I've had in Iceland. The scenery was stunning

It was super close to the black beach, so first thing in early morning we could enjoy it without the waves of tourists. And there was enough supply of shared coffee and tea and some food other people left in the kitchen to eat something decent (for once for free in this country), kind of like cozy hostel vibe, but with your own private room.
