We stayed for 7 nights, we liked everything about this place. The owners Stella and Nickos, for sure the nicest people in Neos Marmaras. The moment they welcome you, you feel like at home. Location is perfect. Room and bathroom were super clean. Balcony view was amazing. There were parking options around all the time. All you need for a perfect vacation, you cannot ask for more.

A truly beautiful place, where you can relax and enjoy the amazing view of the sea. The accommodation is on the top of a hill, surrounded by nature in a very charming traditional village. The rooms and the café where breakfast is served have massive wood furniture and are very beautiful decorated. There is a great terrace facing the forest and the sea, where you can stay for hours. We thank our hosts again for all the recommendations and for how they make us feel when we stayed there.

We recommend this villa for many reasons: because the rooms were spacious and clean, because the view was unique (from the terrace by the room,from the pool and also from the garden),the breakfasts were big and tasty, the surrounding was quiet. Moreover, the owners were very nice, caring and helpful (during our stay and also afterwards in delivering our forgotten things) 10/10

We stayed here as a family and occupied two rooms. Everything was clean, and the bathrooms were more beautiful than in the pictures. The rooms — and the entire house — are furnished with so much love and attention to detail that you immediately feel at home. The view is wonderful, and the atmosphere throughout the property is calm and welcoming. The host is incredibly kind, open and authentic — we felt genuinely welcome from the very first moment.
