Pub was situated in a gorgeous spot overlooking the village of Eyam. Views were spectacular. Rooms were clean, cosy & warm. Good selection of drinks/toiletries & lovely towels. Bed & bedding were super comfy. Pub/restaurant was absolutely fabulous, food & service were amazing. Highly recommend a stay here & we'll definitely be back. Charming place with kind and helpful staff. Spacious room is separated from the bar and the restaurant so there is no noise. Food for dinner was delicious and reasonably priced, and the breakfast was also fabulous. Spent just one night but would definitely come back again to explore Peak District.

This location is a local pub in a tiny village. It is about 20 minutes from Bakewell and those 20 minutes are spent driving down country lanes...which I found to be a absolutely glorious. The space was clean and well maintained. The pub was charming. Everyone who worked there was lovely. Highly recommended this place.
