Great location - 5 min from Metro. Very quiet neighborhood and clean streets. Restaurants are very close and fair prices. Claire is very kind and welcoming. Communication was so easy and English language was perfect.

Very nice and cozy apartment. 5 m walk from metro, big Auchan around the street, a lot of small shops nearby. Good place to stay during your work / student / love trip. Very warm (which is nice for winter 2023).

We enjoyed this accommodation a lot. Just outside the city centre, around 600 meter from metro, private parking place for car with possibility to charge. Hosts were very friendly and the whole facility feels like cozy family house with downstairs a large open area to relax or take cup of coffee. There is also a large garden in the back, now in winter to cold but must be very nice in summertime to relax. We were very satisfied and would like to recommandatie this location to others. Photos on website are accurate.

I stayed here for a few days while visiting Paris, and it was a wonderful experience! The host was lovely and super helpful, always making sure everything was perfect. There was nice tea and coffee available for breakfast, which was a great touch. The room was really clean, and the bathroom was spotless every morning. The water pressure was excellent, and the bed was very comfy with a nice, cozy duvet — perfect after a long day of exploring the city. Some people told me this area wasn’t great, but I actually found it really nice and comfortable. The apartment is right above a metro station, which made getting around so easy, and there’s a great taco place and a bakery open early just downstairs. For the location and quality, the price was really good — great value for money. Overall, I had a lovely stay and would definitely come back or recommend it to anyone visiting Paris!

Overnighter was very comfortable. Lacks space for suitcases so not suitable for lengthy stay. No easy to walk food options.

Location is excellent. The street outside was a little run down but once inside it was great. Spacious room and large living area. Shower was excellent and hosts very welcoming.
