Room number 5 had refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, safe, dove bathroom accessories, air conditioning, TV, ceiling fan,blanket,big window. Clean, big,beautiful, new room. 11 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to orange street,2 minutes to restaurants. The owner quickly responds to messages on booking on every question. Entry by code, which is very convenient, because you do not need to carry a key to the beach. The maids do their job 100%, because the rooms are very clean. The apartment was a great surprise for me, reception service until 7PM, great room with lot of natural light, very close both to the historical center and the beach. The guy who greeted us was a very nice person, great command in English (rare thing in Spain :) The property has a nice big terrace at the ground floor and offers complimentary tea/ coffee and pastry at the reception. Although the property does not offer breakfast services, there are many places to eat nearby. We were very lucky as well to find a free parking spot nearby (around the stadium, aprox 600-700 m away). Also I appreciated the large size of the bathroom, it felt good. The property had a wonderful price on Booking, around 65€ per night

Great location- 7 mins to old Marbella and 5mins to the promenade/beach. The staff are so lovely, the hotel looks brand new & very clean. The shared roof terrace was amazing! I pretty much had it to myself for my whole stay.
