At first impression, the location looked weird (appliances/furniture/electrical stores) but it was above a very good restaurant (seafood & fish) and close to main roads. The rooms were clean with just the minimum necessities; towels were a little small and threadbare. HOWEVER, the water pressure was amazing just what we needed to take a hot shower after a long drive.

Located in Avilés, this guest house is only 1.2 mi from the town center. Pensión Serafín offers rooms with heating and a cafeteria with free Wi-Fi.

Okay place on Camino del Norte, not too far off the route. Small room but nice to have a private bathroom compared to Camino alburgues.
