This is a newly renovated accommodation and is a 10 minute walk from the station. Everything is spotless and the owner is exceptionally kind and welcoming. My room was on the second floor and there was no lift so the owner carried my bags upstairs for me. He also facilitated an early checkout with breakfast for me. The breakfast was good except that the fruit was a bit over ripe, but this is a small issue in a first rate place. I would certainly be happy to come back to this again.

The location was beautiful, the gardens, the surrounding farmland. The property made a great effort to make our arrival simple & welcoming, even at the last minute we booked. The room was everything we needed. There was no confusion about what we booked.

Beautiful old building,pretty rooms,beautiful little garden with seating to enjoy a welcome to the hotel drink. Such a friendly hotel.We were very well looked after. Our room had a balcony looking towards the vines on the valley side. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast overlooking a little garden was pretty. We were asked how we would like our eggs cooking.Unusually for me -I had a beautifully cooked omelette. The Manager (and her lovely German shepherd ),looked after us very well.She indicated a red wine cabinet,a white wine fridge,a sweet littke kitchen to make drinks,also to find beer in the fridge there! As it was Tuesday,she indicated the few restaurants open on that day.Following her recommendations,we had a super meal in the sunnymarket square. A gentle stroll into the picturesque town,perfect.

Really cute. Went on a bike tour and they had everything we needed. Same for travellers who love to hike or who can with the car. Very accommodating. Bathroom was new and clean. Room also clean and comfortable

The room was very clean and comfortable, the bed and pillows also was very comfortable. The owner was so kind and helpful, he helped me with my bags up the stairs and took them to the bedroom door. Unfortunately I could not have the breakfast at the hotel so I can not evaluate it.

Great location, not far off the motorway for a quick overnight whilst travelling south. Easy to find, ample parking next to the hotel, warm welcome by staff and very helpful. The hotel restaurant was not open by the time we arrived, however, we were directed to the local restaurant a few minutes walk away - which was excellent! Wonderful, authentic, home cooked food with a warm welcome, hospitable staff and reasonably priced. The hotel was super, super clean, good facilities, comfortable bed, warm and cozy. We would stay again! Recommended.
