The owner speak well English and French. She is very energetic and kind. My room had a brand new bathroom. The surrounding is very beautiful and calm. Ideal for relaxing. Prices are correct.

Just wonderful. A lot better from what you see in the pictures, exactly what I told personally to the owner. Great rooms, very comfortable beds, everything was shining (very very clean), breakfast was amazing. A must to come back in the future. :))

Niclas and Harleen were also extremely helpful. Each of them went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed in the hotel (and out of it) to make our trip to Germany as good as can be. Give them all raises, especially Cosmin! Very friendly staff, wonderful historic inn in beautiful location - shops and restaurants in walkable distance and nature right around the corner. The nature around Hittfeld is wonderful and the Lüneburger Heide around the corner. The breakfast was very good.
