Really nice rooms with a lovely courtyard. The staff was super nice and paid attention to all our needs. We loved that they always gave us tea 😁. Walking to the West lake was a lovely 20 minute walk next to some pretty gardens and with a taxi the city is very close.

The room was massive and super comfortable. Location is great as it's only a 10 min walk from West lake. The staff are very friendly and patient and can speak some English.
