Stylish and really clean! I felt like I was in a posh hotel. The bathrooms were sparkling and modern! Also they gave me a complimentary drink which was kind. Great vibe in there and the staff are so friendly. Right opposite one of the train stations too so the location was great, it was also super warm and cosy in the room

Wonderful location (even if you hear the nearby church bells). Freedom of making your own meals and not having to spent money in generally expensive restaurants in Zurich. I also like and support the business model a lot - they always reserve a certian % of the rooms for women in need/domestic violence etc.

Everything! I loved everything about this property: the warm hospitality, the beautiful walking paths around Lake Zurich, the room with a fantastic king-sized bed and luxurious linen bedding, and a breakfast fit for a queen.
