I would come back to Austria just for this hotel! The views were incredible, and the rooms were modern and spotless. Anna, the owner, is one of the kindest and most professional people I've met. Her English was impeccable, and the service felt truly first-class. The restaurant served some of the best food I’ve ever had—reasonably priced, though I would happily have paid more given the quality. Would recommend for families and couples!! Easily one of the best stays of our entire Europe trip!

Perfect place to stay in Südsteiermark! Picturestake mountains, wonderful hills and lovely wineries all are in close distance. Young nice & talented owners do their best to make guests much more than happy. Their hospitality is outstanding! Top quality foods & wines, excellent and well equiped modern rooms, ambitious surroundings and last and not least super services describe thist place most. I sincerely recommend the Ursprung!

The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of cooked a fresh produce, which we enjoyed both in the breakfast room and on the patio.The room we had was well furnished, clean and had enough space for open suitcases and other belongings as well as a small table and chairs. The owners were absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome on our first visit to the Graz area. The housekeepers were also lovely, very efficient, changing towels when needed and leaving our room and communal areas super clean and tidy.

We had a wonderful stay – everything was absolutely perfect! The location is very peaceful, and after sunset, we enjoyed tasting some local wine while watching the stars and the lights shimmering on the surrounding mountains. It was a truly magical atmosphere. Breakfast was tasty, and the host was extremely friendly and welcoming. A lovely surprise was discovering that they also produce an award-winning gin! Unfortunately, we couldn’t take any with us due to traveling with hand luggage – and we wouldn’t have had time to enjoy it before our flight. The only “flaw” (just joking!) was that a few guitar strings were missing… otherwise I might have started playing, and my husband would’ve ended up bored and forced to go to bed early 😄 All in all, a really great experience. Thank you!
