My stay here was an absolute delight, from the moment I arrived until the time I left. The Hosts were incredibly warm, welcoming, and supportive. Throughout my stay, my Hosts went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and had everything I could possibly wish for in terms of: accommodation, nice company, hospitality/services, transport to-and from Yeghegnadzor, or information. The room was immaculately clean, with a spacious balcony overlooking the surrounding gardens – a peaceful, tranquil area. We had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed. The garden was a peaceful and beautifully maintained space that added to the relaxing atmosphere. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the warm hospitality of Edgar and his father. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Edgar genuinely cared about making sure we had the best stay possible, and he absolutely succeeded! A special thank you to his father, who went out of his way to help us find a medieval bridge we had been looking for earlier in the day. He even offered to show us around Yeghegis the following day, despite having work commitments. This is not just a place to stay, it’s a place where you feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Highly recommended!

An Armenian breakfast to die for! You have to try it! The place was great, clean and comfortable and the host Sahak was super friendly and welcoming, it was super easy to understand each other with Google translate! They also had cute kitties! Totally recommended!

Countless things I like. Room is clean and bright. Location is quiet with kind locals nearby. Just walk and reach Monasteries by hiking (if you like hiking). Delicious dinner prepared by host family with their home grown veggie, grape wine….Most importantly, the family are very kind, sweet and helpful who concern about you. They help me with transport to visit some places, talk to shared driver in ?Russian ?/ Armenian (I can’t tell because I don’t understand both languages). Definitely I love to stay much longer. Grand parents are nice, parents are kind, two pretty daughters are so sweet. What else do I need more 🥰❤️

Quiet large room. Very friendly host Samvel met us. He cooked a great breakfast every morning. Upon arrival, the host treated us to a welcome drink and fruit. Samvel gave us many useful tips for continuing our journey. We stayed here for two days. Highly recommended!

If you want a glimpse of life in an authentic Armenian village home then this place is for you. I would recommend ordering their dinner if you would like to try wholesome local food. Their homemade wine was exellent - better than those I tried at the local wine tasting venues. The hostess was really helpful in giving me suggestions on places to visit in the area. I loved my time here.

Mariam was the star of this stay. A wonderful host that shared so much precious insight on Armenian culture, history and traditions. We chatted forever! The property is secluded and quiet which is exactly what we needed. There are a couple of rough patches driving up and the last few meters before the property is a dirt road but don’t let anyone scare you because it’s very easy to reach even with a very low clearance car as our rental. The food prepared for us for both dinner and breakfast was simply amazing. Tasty and earthy and home grown. Too bad we stayed only one night.
